All products purchased from PRISM+ authorized channel is subjected to the PRISM+ return policy to the extent permissible under Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’)
For wrongly-shipped items:
Sincere apologies for this error, please help us ensure that the product is in new condition (has not been opened) and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any gifts received with it.

If you need to initiate a return, you can contact our customer service by dropping us an email at email@example.com to receive the return waybill label and instructions on the return procedure. Our customer service team will verify the information and arrange for the return.
Kindly ensure that you have the flowing information included in your email:
a. Product Name or Model Number
b. Product Serial Number*
c. Contact Details (Name, Address, Telephone Numbers, and Email Address)
d. Detailed Description of the Return Reason / Defect
e. Proof of Purchase (Order Number)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be initiated after the returned item passes our inspection. Refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 calendar days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds should be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank's practice.
In its sole discretion, PRISM+ reserves the right to reject any change of mind request, return, exchange or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
All return and refund decisions by PRISM+ are final.
