Disposable gloves are recommended to be worn during the whole process.
- Power off the device and disconnect it from all power source. Never clean a product while it is powered on or plugged in.
- Disconnect the device from any other external hardware.
- Moisten a microfiber cloth with a screen cleaning solution. Ensure that the microfiber cloth is not dripping wet. We do not recommend any other types of cloth as it may damage your screen.
- Gently wipe the surface with the moistened cloth. Do not attempt to clean ports and connectors with the cloth as it will cause malfunction and damage to the internal components of the product. Excessive wiping potentially could lead to damaging some surfaces.
- Wiping should be done in a singular motion, starting from top to bottom.
- Air-dry the surfaces upon wiping. Do not attempt to power-on or plug in the device while moisture is still present on the surface.
